Someday I’ll remember to load the glaze load so the end result will be facing the correct way when we open it.

Finished snow day project at studio
I know my snow day glazing room shelf project is kinda boring, but exciting to us. The small tiles (above the glaze containers) are examples of the glazes with different clays as it is almost impossible to tell from the pre-fired colors.

Snow day paint shelf project
First stage of snowday project. Not a lot of snow but love any excuse for a project.
This one starts in the glazing room to make shelves for the different glazes mostly used on the buttons. Started the first shelf before grabbing camera. Here is the start of project.
Added first shelf and cut away some of the posters we use for protection from glaze tank (pink splattres) and for entertainment. See our modified movie posters in the upcoming follow up post on progression of project.
