Mom and sis recently painted this wide banded “foo foo” bowl and it came out spectacular. I call it a foo foo bowl as it reminds me of those fancy serving bowls/platters they use in food cooking shows like Iron Chef.

It’s one of my favorite pieces and I wanted to share it as it sold pretty fast in our online store so wanted a post to show it off to anyone who missed seeing it.

Cute new ceramic deviled egg tray from our Snoware™ collection. This one unfortunatly had a flaw on one of the snowmen that I reglazed. The reglazing worked and is usable now but of coarse I way picky so I’m just showing how cute they are. Getting close to Easter and gonna need something for all those eggs. I guess it’s not like the old days I remember when we always had lots of left over hard boiled eggs.

Well it’s been a while but we finally have a finished kiln load. On the top here we have a couple of pitchers, star bowl, round platter and large pasta bowl peeking out from under that top shelf from our snowman Snoware™ collection. There is also a fun white on white canister with raised white accents.

Getting ready for snowman bean pots

Getting ready to get a whole lot of snowman bean pots going. So far it seems to be a popular shape so I’ve been casting as many as I can. Had to slow down a bit as it has been so humid lately here in Colorado I wanted to give the molds a chance to dry out a bit. Some super cute bean pots mom and sis painted to the left getting ready to be glazed. Bean pot is just a handy name as these can make cute cookie jars, canisters, casseroles etc. I’m even planning on making some with holes on the bottom for drainage as I think they will make cool flower pots or planters.
