More snowman plates and a swoop tray in today’s kiln opening. Some star, heart and square shapes. The hearts are a special order for our good friends up in door county. Their shop is ‘Tis the season if you happen to be in Wisconsin give them a visit.

I could not wait to show off these super cute snowman platters from our Wacky Snoware collection that Mom and Sis painted. Hard to tell what the colors will be as they sit before I start glazing but I know they are going to be fun and I just had to share. I’m off to get these and a bunch more glazed hopefully before it gets 100 degrees out in our kiln area.

Mid July and it’s hot, must be time for snoware

Well it’s mid July that means it’s time to start painting snowman ceramics again. Ha, like we ever stop. Well we are getting busy again on them and the latest kiln opening photos shows some snowman plates, platter and a divided tray from our Snoware collection.

Finally have some of the old style medium square snowman plates done. You can see two of them along with two personalized mugs and an Americana bean pot. Yup we still have requests for Americana and have even more in the works.

Some old style small squares and stars in kiln opening photo today. These are the old style squares we are doing in the small and medium sizes again. A blue fleur-de-lis and traditional snoware stars too.

Our latest kiln opening has some of our small snowman plates on top. I know there are some lids to the canisters that were in the other days kiln opening too. I’ll get some photos of them and I’ll be adding those and the little rounds to the store at special sale prices.
