<p>This is a very unique piece we did last year in our colorful Wacky style. Not sure what to call it  but here goes my attempt at a name. Topsy turvy pedestaled dipping bowl  mini cake plate. Nice and short name huh?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a pedestal that much I&#8217;m certain of. The first photo is actually  showing it upside down. This way it can be used as a dipping bowl, candy bowl, orchid vase  candle holder etc.  When it is turned upside  down or reversed it is a mini cake plate.</p>
